Managing student rosters can be a hassle. That is why we made the ability to add and remove students to Classrooms easy.
Bulk adding students to classes
To bulk add students to classes, in the Explorer:
- Search for the classes that the students need to be added to.
- Select the Classes by checking the checkbox at the left.
- Select Bulk Actions at the top of the explorer grid.
- Navigate to Student Actions > Add students to selected classes.
- Confirm the classes you want to change by selecting the classes again.
- Click Continue.
- Either select or paste the student's email address.
- Click Continue.
- You can choose to notify the teacher of the changes and customize the message.
- Click Continue.
- At the summary, review the changes.
- Click Proceed.
Bulk removing students from classes
To bulk remove students from classes, in the Explorer:
- Search for the classes that the students need to be removed from.
- Select the Classes by checking the checkbox at the left.
- Select Bulk Actions at the top of the explorer grid.
- Navigate to Student Actions > Remove students from selected classes.
- Confirm the classes you want to change by selecting the classes again.
- Click Continue.
- Either select or paste the student's email address.
- Click Continue.
- You can choose to notify the teacher of the changes and customize the message.
- Click Continue.
- At the summary, review the changes.
- Click Proceed.
