Refresh Students With Guardian Eligibility

Let's take a look at how invitations work. Little SIS Premium identifies students:

• Enrolled in ACTIVE classes
• With the Guardian Notification feature enabled in at least one active class

Students who meet these criteria are Guardian-eligible. You can only create invitations for Guardian-eligible students when performing bulk Guardian Sync operations. With the Guardians Sync Job and Guardians Explorer, you can analyze which students are guardian-eligible students. 

Note: An ACTIVE guardian is a guardian who has accepted the invitation for Classroom email summaries.

Analyze Guardians From Sync Job

1. Access Little SIS for Classroom.
2. Click the 9 box menu at the top left of the page.
3. Click Sync.
   
4. In the left navigation pane, click Guardians, then Sync Job.
5. Click Refresh Eligible Students on the Enabled Summary card. Little SIS Premium retrieves all classes and rosters on the domain that meet the eligibility criteria. When complete, the Last checked date/time and summary information on the Enabled Summary card updates.

Analyze Guardians From Guardians Explorer

1. Access Little SIS for Classroom.
2. Click the 9 box menu at the top left of the page.
3. Click Sync.
   
4. In the left navigation pane, click Guardians then Explorer.
5. At the top-right of the page click the vertical ellipses, then Analyze Guardians.
