When a Guardian invitation is sent, the recipient may approve it using an email address different from the original email address to which the invitation was sent. This type of approval confuses parents and guardians, as well as schools.
When considering the removal of an ACTIVE Guardian, Little SIS will conduct a thorough check. It will verify if the email address in your SIS export matches either the original invitation email address or the Guardian profile email address.
If a Guardian has accepted an invitation under a different account, you can see this on the Guardian Explorer, Guardians Email column. The accepting email shows first, followed by the email Little SIS Premium sent the invitation.
If necessary, you can withdraw the guardian invitation.
