User privileges required by Chrome Gopher

Chome Gopher cannot be used by gmail.com users.  It must be used by a logged in Google Apps user.

If a Google Apps user is unable to access Chrome Gopher,  check to be sure that they have admin privileges to manage Chrome OS devices and read organization units.

Chrome Gopher can be used by any Google Apps user that is a super-admin or any user with an assigned admin role  that includes the “Chrome OS -> Manage devices”  and “Organization Units -> Read” permissions.

User roles can be assigned in the GAFE admin panel, under “Users -> user profile -> Admin roles and privileges.”  Custom roles can be created under “User roles.”
