  • Renewals: Ensuring timely renewal of existing licenses to avoid any service interruptions.
  • Upgrades: Assisting with upgrading your license if you need additional features or capacity.

For questions or issues related to purchasing licenses, contact your Google Customer Success (GCS) specialist, who will guide you through the necessary steps. If you don't have your GCS's direct email, contact and your GCS will receive your message.
