-
Update the daily sync classrooms logic
Little SIS > Explorer- We’ve improved the nightly data sync process by parallelizing the way we pull information from Google. This makes syncing more efficient.
-
Improved Audit Logs for Teacher Review Admin Actions
Little SIS > Administration > Audit log- We've updated the audit logs to provide clearer information when admin actions are taken in bulk during teacher reviews. Now, when classes are activated, archived, restored, or declined in bulk, the logs will show exactly how many and which specific classes were affected.

Known Issues
- Stuck at Login Screen, Unable to Sign In
- Some users could get stuck at the login screen. This happened because a user key in the browser's local storage, containing a lastAuthentication property, became outdated. We’ve fixed this issue, and users should no longer encounter this problem.
-
Fix for Missing Audit Log Entry on Sign Out
- We’ve resolved an issue where audit log entries were not being recorded properly when users signed out. This caused the sign-out action to happen before the log entry could be saved.
-
Designated Admin - Data not refreshing nightly
- Previously only non-admin users could see and use the Check Again button to refresh the designated admin status. With this release, all users can refresh designated admin status using Check again button.
-
Class Roster Data Not Refreshing
- We’ve fixed an issue where class roster data wasn’t refreshing as expected. This error was preventing classroom membership updates from being processed properly.
-
Email Notifications Not Going Out after Archiving
- We’ve fixed an issue where email notifications were not being sent to primary teachers after archiving a class. This problem occurred during the Bulk Archive process, even when the "Send email to primary teachers" checkbox was selected. With this fix, email notifications will now go out as expected after a class is archived.
-
Clearer Audit Logs When Removing Students from Classes
- We’ve improved the clarity of audit logs when removing students from classes. Previously, the logs incorrectly reported the number of students removed as the number of classes a student was removed from. Now, the logs will accurately reflect the number of students removed, making it easier to track and review these actions. This update applies whether you’re removing students individually or from multiple classes using the Student Explorer.
-
Authentication Error When Removing Students from All Classes
- We’ve resolved an issue where users encountered an authentication error when trying to remove a student from multiple classes using the Student Explorer. After completing the removal process and clicking submit, an error message appeared stating, User is not authenticated, please sign-in or refresh, even after refreshing or re-logging in. This issue has been fixed, and you can now successfully remove students from classes without encountering the error.
-
Login Experience Update for Little Sis For Classroom
- We’ve fixed an issue where the sidebar appeared before login was complete, causing errors when users clicked links. The sidebar is now hidden during login, and a loading spinner has been added to indicate progress until authentication is finished.
