What You Will Learn

Manage Teacher Review Classroom States for Multiple Classes

  1. Selecting Courses for Action
Navigate to the Teacher Review Admin page within Little SIS Premium.
Little SIS Premium > Teacher Review
You can choose individual courses by checking the box next to each class, or use the Select All checkbox to apply actions to multiple classes at once.
  2. Accessing the Actions Menu
Once courses are selected, an Actions menu will appear in the upper right-hand corner. This menu contains all the available actions for managing classroom states, which will adjust based on the selected classes.

    • Accept Pending or Provisioned Classes
If you have pending classes waiting to be activated or provisioned ones that need adjustment, select the courses and choose Accept from the Actions menu. This process ensures immediate activation for pending classes or update provisioned ones as needed.
    • Archive or Restore Classes
      • Archiving Classes: When a class is no longer needed, you can archive it by selecting the course and choosing Archive from the Actions menu. This action deactivates the classroom but keeps it available for future restoration.
      • Restoring Archived Classes: If a class needs to be reactivated, select the archived course and choose Restore to return it to active status.
    • Unlinking Classes
To remove the link between a Google Classroom and its associated course, select the class and choose Unlink from the Actions menu. This is useful when a class no longer needs to be tied to the system.
  3. At the prompt, click Confirm.
