How Can Admins Track the Monthly Query Usage for the Gemini Standard 1,000-Query Threshold?

Google Admins can monitor Gemini usage to keep track of queries. Here are two methods within the Admin console:

1. User-Level Usage Report:
   • Navigate to Generative AI > Gemini Reports > User-Level Usage. This report overviews how frequently users engage with various Gemini features.
     
2. Download Usage Data:
   • From the same page, click Download usage counts, which include the number of prompts per user.
     

Note: The monthly query threshold applies per license. For example, if one user uses 800 queries, only 200 are left on that license for others. Currently, there is no tool to check usage per specific license.
