Timeframes are automatically assigned to your Google Classrooms during the setup process. You can edit the timeframe transition date to reassign these tags to a different transition date, if you like.
To update Academic Year Timeframes, in the menu on the left side of the screen, click on Administration > Timeframes. We have made this a semi-automated process by creating school years based off of a transition date. This would typically be a date where your new school year classes would start being created. To change the default date, select the calendar icon next to the date, and select your desired date. Then hit update at the top of the screen.
To create Custom Timeframes:
1. Click Add in the top right hand corner.
2. Enter the name of your Timeframe.
3. Select a start date, and end date.
4. Click Save.
