Customizing your end-user support

As a Little SIS Super Admin, you can customize a message for your end user, including a link or email address to direct them to your internal support desk or webform. Support is accessible by clicking the white ? in the bottom the sidebar on the left side of the screen, and then clicking Support.


From within Little SIS, this setting can be accessed in two places. In the Getting Started Stepper, if you are just setting up, or under Administration> Settings. You can enter the message and support URL. Be sure to preview and test your URL before saving to avoid confusion.


If you take no actions to set this up, the default help popup for your users will look like this:
