Let's explore the process of reviewing and merging classes with an existing Google Classroom. In certain situations, a teacher may have two distinct sections that meet during the same time frame.

This commonly occurs with classes like inclusion and regular education, or different academic levels within the same subject, meeting simultaneously. For instance, consider the scenario of combining a standard class with an AP class because they share the same time slot.

Upon merging, the roster will automatically appear on the right, displaying the updated list for the combined class. If everything looks satisfactory, click Done, and you'll now be able to schedule the class.

Navigate to the Schedule Actions tab to observe the merged classes. If you have reservations or uncertainties about the class, perhaps due to an unexpectedly high number of students, you can revisit the roster.

Click the X next to a class to remove it. Upon returning to scheduled action, you'll find a new option, undo.
