How do I get an invoice for service?

You can reach out to your Google Customer Success Specialist (GCS) or email ar.ait@amplifiedit.com

Who is my GCS (Google Customer Success Specialist, regional account manager, salesperson, customer rep)?

GCSs are your contact for anything related to your account, contracts, and general inquiries. They will point you in the right direction, connect you to the right team member, provide you with the documentation you need, and be your partner in finding all the ways CDW Amplified for Education can best help you. If you don't have your GCS's direct email, contact cdwg@amplifiedit.com and your GCS will receive your message. 

Where do I find my Customer ID from Google?

You can find this in your Admin console. Instructions are here.

What are the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for the services I purchased?
