Follow a Help Center section

If you have signed up for a Help Center account, you can follow any section in the Help Center. When a new article is added to any section you are following, you'll be notified via email. The email will tell you which section the article was added to and will contain the full text and images from the article. Following is a great way to stay on top of information by knowing when new articles are posted.

Follow a section

The Help Center is made up of the following hierarchy: Category, Section, Article.

  1. Each of the cards on the Home page represent a category. Click a category card to see its sections.
  2. To open a section page, click on any underlined section title

  3. Click the Follow button.  If you have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so. 
  4. Select New Articles. The Follow button changes to Unfollow.

Note: There are two options for following, New articles and New articles and comments. Our Help Center doesn't use a comments feature so both options will work the same way. You'll be notified via the email address associated to your account during sign up.

Managing followed sections

You can stop following a section at any time by returning to the section and clicking Unfollow or from the My activities page of your account.

Unfollow from section page

  1. Return to a section page you are following.
  2. Click Following.
  3. From the list that appears, click Unfollow.

Unfollow from My activities

If you want to see a list of all of the sections you are following, you can do that.

  1. Click your profile icon at the top-right of any page. 
  2. Click My activities from the list.
  3. Click the Following tab. ArticleFollow7.png
  4. For any section, click Following to unfollow. ArticleFollow8.png
  5. From the list that appears, click Unfollow.

Add the Help Center notification email to your safe sender list

If you suspect you are missing emails for sections you've followed, you should check your Spam or Junk email folders. The notifications will come from the following address:  noreply@amplifiedlabs.zendesk.com

You'll want to add this sender to your safe sender list.
