Conditional Merge is a useful tool for a user moderating Calendar events. When selecting this option, users must choose the merge condition column, choose the comparison type (is, is not, contains, does not contain), and then write the text for the search to begin. If you want to compare against a blank value, enter NULL.
- If the user receives an error, saying there are no events to create it’s because there have not been any form responses yet.
- Test your settings by opening a preview of the form and creating a submission. You should see the event information automatically appear a few moments after you’ve submitted the form.
