Do you have setup users on your domain who need to be added to a Google group? Are you creating new groups and need an easy way to populate them in bulk?

Let's look at how Gopher for users can help you manage user membership in bulk Gopher for users only on active or suspended users, users in certain no use, or users who last logged in within a certain time frame.

Once you have the users in your sheet, you can apply filters on the column headers to work with a specific subset of users.

For instance, grade level students who need to be added to a class of Google group. Fill in the group email address in the add to Domain Groups column, then fill down to set this membership for all users in the sheet.

Next, click into the Update menu on the Go for For Users sidebar and click Update Domain Groups to send these changes to the Admin console.

And just like that, all of these users have been added as a member of a specified Google Group. Conversely, you can also remove members from groups following the same process for cases like employee off-boarding or withdrawn or graduated students.
