Step-by-Step Guide to Creating a Login
- Visit the Help Center Home Page
- Click on the Sign In button at the top right.
- Click on the Sign In button at the top right.
- Enter Your Details
- Click Sign Up located at the bottom of the page.
- Enter your full name.
- Enter your email.
- Click Sign Up.
- Verify Your Email and Set Password
- After submitting your details, you will receive a verification email with a link to set a new password for your account. Check your spam folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
- Click on the Create a Password link in the email.
- Fill in the Your Password field. The password requirements ensure your password is strong.
- Click Set Password.
- After submitting your details, you will receive a verification email with a link to set a new password for your account. Check your spam folder if you don’t find the email in your inbox.
- Complete Your Profile
- Click on the avatar image or your username at the top right of the page.
- Click Edit my profile.
- Complete your profile by adding any additional information, such as phone and profile photo.
- Click Save.
- Click Manage 2FA to set up Two-factor authentication.
- Click on the avatar image or your username at the top right of the page.
- Log out and log back in
- Logout returns you to the Help Center Home page.
- Enter your Email and Password and click Sign in.Â

If you have signed up with a Gmail account, click on the Sign In with Google button and choose an account.
