Answer

Class Tools Does Class Tools only work on Chromebook Plus devices?
No, Class Tools work on all ChromeOS devices (Chrome OS Flex, Standard Chromebooks and Chromebook Plus).
Drive Labels Can there be several lists of possible labels on a file? Also is there a way to make these available to staff and not students? Yes, you can have multiple labels applied to each file. When you create the labels, you can choose which OUs, Groups or Users are able to use the labels.
Drive Reports Can you run a report to identify which documents in your domain are shared with everyone?
Yep, using the investigation report you can use the drive log events report and use the visibility filter.
Dynamic Groups If anyone wants to know: You can move the OU to another OU and the Dynamic Group won't break. I move students to new OUs each summer (as they move to new grades) and my Dynamic Groups adjust automatically.
This is a neat trick. This makes sense if Parent OU is in your dynamic group query because each OU has its own unique ID string, which stays intact no matter where it lives. I think if you use Ancestor OU in your query, this would work differently though.
Gemini Now that Gemini is a core service, does that mean it is now covered the DPA for core services? In other words can we now use PII in Gemini? Yep, it is covered now.
Groups Can we use Groups to create custom email configurations? i.e, students that are in an advanced class that need open access vs all other students that are in a walled garden?
Look in the Content Compliance Setting, that’s where you will find the solution. Make sure you click Advanced options on the top of that CC window (it gets missed).
NotebookLM Does Notebook LM support different languages? Yes, here’s a list of supported languages.
Target Audience To clarify, Can I create a target audience and only apply it to a specific OU. For example create School A Staff and only share it with School A? Yes
Target Audience you said you could remove the anyone with link and use the targets you want--where do you change those options to remove the defaults

In the Admin Console:

Apps>Drive and Docs>Sharing Settings>Top section

Target Audience If we uncheck the box to allow people to share with anyone with a link is it retroactive? Somewhat, it doesn’t change the link or pull it back, but anyone that tries to access the link after that box is unchecked that isn’t shared on it, won’t be able to access it.
Target Audience Can a single document be shared with multiple target audiences? No, you can only share with one target audience at a time.
Target Audience What happens if you delete a target audience... is sharing split out to individual perms? Users will lose access unless they get specifically shared on the file.
