0:06 Sometimes, the big picture is made up of small details. When you need to investigate a specific machine, the single device report is your primary tool.

0:15 You can access the report from the dashboard or from the reports page. Click C report. In the search panel, select your identification type from the drop-down.

0:27 Then enter your device identifier into the field below. Perhaps you've had a mis-entry. If the device isn't in your fleet, we'll let you know right here so you can try again without leaving the page.
