You can accomplish this with the storage by OU report, which you can access from the dashboard aggregate reports block, or from the reports page.

The report breaks your fleet into four easy-to-read categories. At a glance, the gauges to show you the percentage of devices with high, moderate, low, or critical storage.

Green means there's plenty of room, while red indicates the device has less than 10% free space remaining. Use the filters at the top to focus on active devices or specific groups.
