Joining the Labs Club

We are happy to introduce a new forum for you, our Labs Tools customers, to communicate with us and with each other on existing functionality and to request feature enhancements to Labs Tools. Welcome to the Labs Club.

You do not need to be a CDW Education Collaborative member to join Clubs. However, the steps to join differ for non-Collaborative vs. Collaborative members because members can already access the platform used for Labs Club.

Once you join, you'll be able to:

• See recent activity
• View, participate in, and follow discussions
• View, participate in, and follow feature requests
• View upcoming Labs events
• View past event recordings
• Access Labs resources

Joining the Labs Club for Collaborative Members

1. Log in to the Collaborative Platform.
2. In the top bar, click Clubs.
3. Locate the Labs club card and click Join Club.

Joining the Labs Club for Non-collaborative Members

1. Log in to the Collaborative Platform. The link is also included in your Welcome email.
2. Your domain is checked against our licensing database to ensure you have a paid Labs license. This allows any of your team members to access the club.
3. Once the check is complete, you will be automatically added to the club and taken directly to the Club. 
   If not, you can navigate to the club using the Navigation menu at the top and go to Home > Clubs > Labs.
