Accessing LMS Paid Workspace Content

Welcome to CDW Education and Google Workspace. If you've purchased Google Workspace paid editions through CDW Education, use these instructions to access our Learning Management System (LMS). Follow the steps below to get started.

Google Workspace for Education Paid Editions Guided Onboarding

When you are enrolled in the Learning Plan, you will get this email from the team and can access the CDW LMS.

Note: Be sure to bookmark the resources from the email: You can go in any order you need to and bookmark pages you will likely visit frequently.
  1. Navigate to the CDW LMS: Open your web browser and go to our LMS website. This link directs you to the Home page.
  2. Sign In with District Google Login: Click the Sign In button at the top right of the page and choose the District Google Login option. This option ensures a secure and straightforward sign-in process.

    Note: If you have purchased Google Workspace paid editions through CDW Education, creating a new user is unnecessary. We've already created a user account for you.

  3. Read and accept the privacy policy to continue.
  4. Update your profile if needed.
  5. Click Start Learning Now to review the onboarding learning modules and resources.

Need Additional Users?

If you require additional users from your organization (unlimited), follow these steps:

  1. Fill Out the Form: To request additional users, fill out the provided form. You can access the form here.
  2. Wait for Access: Once you've submitted the form, our team will process your request, and you will be granted access within 24 hours.
