Gemini Support Guidelines

Note: Google has recently simplified its offerings by consolidating the Gemini Education and Gemini Education Premium SKUs into a new subscription called Google AI Pro for Education. Existing customers of SKU 1010470004 (Gemini Education) will be upgraded to the features of the Premium version at their next renewal.

Thank you for choosing Gemini for your organization! To ensure a smooth experience, we want to clarify the scope of support we provide. Our primary role is to assist with licensing. After licensing, we direct you to our available learning resources to maximize your use of Gemini.

We provide comprehensive assistance with all aspects of licensing, including:

  • New Licenses: Helping you obtain licenses for new users and license those users in the Admin console.
  • Renewals: Ensuring timely renewal of existing licenses to avoid any service interruptions.
  • Upgrades: Assisting with upgrading your license if you need additional features or capacity.

For questions or issues related to purchasing licenses, contact your Google Customer Success (GCS) specialist, who will guide you through the necessary steps. If you don't have your GCS's direct email, contact cdwg@amplifiedit.com and your GCS will receive your message.
