Bulk Update From Device Cache

Gopher for Chrome > Push updates to Google > Update from Device Cache

Devices loaded from the cache are loaded to the Device Cache tab. Certain fields can be edited in the Sheet and updated via the Update from Device Cache bulk action. The following fields are Editable Device Properties in the Sheet: 

• Org Unit Path
• Annotated User
• Annotated Asset ID
• Annotated Location
• Notes

Only rows currently visible in the Sheet will be updated. This means you can use filters to exclude any devices for which the update is unnecessary.

Note: All writable fields appear under the Editable Device Properties header and are set apart in the Sheet by cell color.

After importing devices:

1. Once the devices are loaded, clickPush Updates to Google tab on the sidebar.
2. From the sidebar, click Push Updates to Google tab.
3. Click Update from Device Cache. The stepper appears to walk you through the update. 
4. Filter for the devices to update.
5. Click Next.
6. Make changes to editable fields.
7. Click Next.
8. Review & Update devices.
9. Click Update.
10. When the update from device cache finishes, click Close.
