Managing student rosters can be a hassle. That is why we made adding and removing students to classrooms easy.
Single Class: Adding Students
To add students, start in the Explorer:
- Click Explorer in the navigation pane at the left.
- Use filters to search for the class you want to add students.
- Right-click over the class.
- Click Student actions.

Click Add students. The Add students stepper opens.
Bulk Classes: Adding Students
To bulk add students, start in the Explorer:
- Click Explorer in the navigation pane at the left.
- Use filters to search for the classes you want to add students.
- Select the classes by checking the checkboxes at the left.
- Click Students at the top left of the page.

Click Add students to # selected classes. The Add students stepper opens.
Working With the Add Students Stepper
In the Add students to classes stepper:

Review the # selected classes:

Confirm classes. You want to add students by selecting the classes
again. The select all checkbox
is available at the top of the grid.
- Click Continue.

Confirm classes. You want to add students by selecting the classes

Select students:
- Select how you will select students; Select Accounts or Paste accounts.
- Depending on your Select students choice, enter the email/name of the student or type or paste the email associated with the student's account.
- If you are pasting accounts, click Validate.

Continue selecting until you have selected all students to add.
- Click Continue.

Primary teacher notification email:
- By default, the primary teacher receives notice that a student is added to their class. To avoid sending the notice, uncheck the Send email to primary teacher checkbox.Â

If necessary, add text in the editor on the left to customize
the message.Â
- Click Continue.

Summary and confirmation:

Click Proceed - I want to make the student additions detailed above.
