With this readily available feature, you can easily track your team's status and address any necessary actions.

Activating the Teacher Suspended Column in Explorer

Left Navigation Panel > Explorer > Columns

In the Classroom Explorer, navigate to the Columns menu and check the box next to Teacher Suspended. This makes the Teacher Suspended column visible.

Efficient Filtering for Quick Insights

In Explorer, once visible, the Teacher Suspended column lets you filter classrooms by the suspended status of primary or co-teachers. 

• Filter this column by Y or N, to surface any class with a suspended teacher, enabling prompt action and resolution. 
  • Suspended accounts are displayed in italics with a red dotted underline, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information.
    

Enhanced Visibility in Class Detail Section

Explorer > Rt-click > View class details

When viewing class details, clear indicators denote the suspension status of primary and co-teachers. Suspended accounts are showcased with an italicized font accompanied by a red dotted underline, ensuring you have the most up-to-date information at your fingertips.

Filter for Suspended Users

Administration > Users > Accounts

In User Accounts, the Suspended? column lets you to filter users based on their suspended status. By filtering this column with a Y or N, you can surface any suspended user.
