How to Generate the Report

Users can generate this report through two distinct workflows:

  • From the Dashboard: Select Model/auto-update expiration (AUE) by OU from the Aggregate reports drop-down list.
  • From Reports: Locate the Model/auto-update expiration (AUE) by OU card and click See Report.

Creating a Filtered View

To apply a filter to an active report:

  1. Click the Add a filter chip located in the top-left of the page.
  2. Select a filter category: AUE, Model, OU, or Status from the available options.
  3. For AUE, Model, or OU, enter information in the Contains field
  4. For Status,  check one of the status checkboxes: Active, Disabled, Deprovisioned, or Inactive.
  5. Select Apply to refresh the report.

Drilling Down into the Data

The report uses a vertical accordion structure to help you pinpoint expiring hardware and its location. This layout eliminates the need for horizontal scrolling by organizing data as follows:

  • Initial View: By default, the report shows the total number of devices for the top-level OUs.
  • Expanding Sections: As you expand an OU, the report displays the total device count for each unique AUE date within that OU.
