  • From Reports: Locate the Storage by OU card and click See Report.

Understanding the Storage report

The Storage report provides a granular breakdown of:

  • Default filter: The report shows storage for active devices by default. You can remove this filter and add another filter if necessary.
  • OU Specifics: View the number of devices in each storage tier for every OU in your system.
  • Dynamic Updating: The table and gauges reflect any active filters, such as Device Status or specific OU filters.
  • Total Count: The report displays the total number of devices currently being analyzed at the top of the interface.

Storage Tier Definitions

Active devices are categorized by the amount of free space available:

  • High Storage (>50% Free): Optimal performance; no action needed.
  • Moderate Storage (20-50% Free): Stable; normal usage.
  • Low Storage (10-20% Free): Approaching capacity; monitor these devices.
  • Critical Storage (<10% Free): High risk of performance lag; action recommended.
