Single User Report

Aggregate Reports

Model/Automatic Updates (AUT) by OU

• What it does: Organizes your devices into an expandable hierarchy: Organizational Unit (OU) $\rightarrow$ Automatic Update Expiration (AUT) Date $\rightarrow$ Hardware Model.
• Key benefit: Provides a powerful, pre-configured view to quickly see which models are nearing the end of their update lifespans, simplifying your refresh planning.

15-Day Activity by OU

• What it does: Gives a clear picture of device utilization by OU over the past 15 days. Metrics include Avg Days Used Per Device and Devices Not Used.
• Key benefit: Essential for resource allocation. Use it to identify OUs with low usage so you can reallocate devices to high-demand areas.

Chrome Version Age by OU

• What it does: Provides a color-coded assessment of software health. It quickly shows the proportion of devices running the latest Chrome OS versions versus those that are behind.
• Key benefit: Helps you prioritize and manage operating system updates, identifying devices that are more than two versions behind and need urgent attention.

Battery Health by OU
